Citrus acts as a payment gateway allowing users to pay for train tickets, utility bills etc. online. Launched Citrus cash in 2013, a mobile wallet app for P2P money exchange. Completed 12M transactions till Jan 2014 with 2M transactions in the month. Launched an app Citrus Cube in February, 2015. The app allows users to plan and manage their bills even when they are offline. The company’s payment gateway is used by companies like Indigo, Go Air and Amazon India where it claims to process transaction worth $1.5 billion on annual basis. Tied up with RuPay and Visa to boost business in payments space in Dec 2015.
