V Resorts offers boutique resorts for leisure travellers in India. Currently offers five resorts in Uttarakhand (Sattal, Ramgarh, Corbett, Pauri and Rajaji National Park), one in Himachal (Narkanda) and one in Rajasthan (Auwa - Pali district). Operates on an asset light model by aggregating existing properties and taking over the management and operations of those properties on a revenue share basis. Room rates across properties range between INR 3,000 and INR 5,000 per night. As of June 2017, it manages over 70 resorts across 15 states in India and planning to expand to 1,000+ locations in India by 2019. Raised $4M from Seedfund and RB Investments in June 2017.
