Koovs offers an online fashion retail platform that lists various categories of products for both men and women and offers handpicked products from top fashion brands. The company was setup as a flash sales e-commerce portal in 2010 and eventually pivoted to fashion products and fashion-related accessories when Silvergate Retail Limited (now known as Koovs plc), started offering Koovs India with consultancy services in fashion design for e-commerce business. It also offers private label collection each month from their team of designers based at London fashion lab. The company has filed for an IPO on AIM (Alternative Investment Market) for $37M, a sub-market of the London Stock Exchange in March, 2014. Post-IPO, Koovs Plc subscribed for majority shares (57.5%) of shares in Koovs India. It operates as a wholesale trading entity that will supply branded and private fashion labels to Marble E-retail Pvt. Ltd. It owns Koovs e-commerce site and is an e-tailer through whom products from Koovs website is sold.
