Exclusively.com (previously Exclusively.in) is an Indian luxury and lifestyle products e-tailer. It was previously a members-only niche flash sales site targeting the US and the UK market, but the company now caters to the Indian market retailing luxury fashion products from Indian designers. The site features high-end traditional Indian apparel as well as scarves, jewellery, handbags and other accessories. Retails products from high-end Indian designers like Manish Malhotra, Tarun Tahiliani, Manish Arora, Anita Dongre, Neeta Lulla etc. Exclusively.in and a private label sports-inspired apparel brand developed by it, Shersingh, were acquired by Myntra in Nov 2012 in a cash-and-stock deal. It was reported in the media that while SherSingh management team and its product catalogue was absorbed into Myntra, founders Sunjay Guleria and Mohini Boparai Guleria together with some angel investors bought back Exclusively from Myntra in June 2013 and the company has been operating independently ever since till its acquisition by Snapdeal in Feb 2015 for an undisclosed amount.
