Zest is a consumer digital lending platform. It partners with e-commerce companies to enable EMI financing without a credit card or a credit score. Users need to provide their PAN card, Aadhaar card & other basic information to start the application process. User's account is verified using eKYC, net banking or uploading bank statements. Zest uses alternative data sources for credit approval. Finally, users need to upload a signed NACH mandate to activate the loan. EMI is deducted directly from the user's bank account over a maximum period of 36 months. Users can also apply for a credit limit using their Zest account. Their partners include Amazon, Flipkart & MakeMyTrip among others.
