Acquires residential apartments/flats on a long/short term lease and manages the same thereby providing the owners property management services with assured rental returns. Also takes care of the maintenance services of the flats. Takes commission from both owner and tenants. Manages close to 1200 flats out of which more than 1000 are already occupied by tenants. Phanindra Sama (co-founder of Redbus) and Deepak Vinchhi have become advisors to the team. Secured angel funding from Manthan systems’ founder, Atul Jalan and Gana Yantrika Systems to scale up its operations, improve technology and enhance analytics capabilities. Raised a pre-series A round of $900K from HNIs in May 2016, the funds will be utilised to expand its range of services across India and to strengthen its team. Claims to have over 1700 residential properties listed in Bangalore which fetch monthly rentals of Rs 15,000-Rs 45,000. Claims that 90% of rental property booking on Zenify’s platform is done online.
