HHV Solar Technologies is a subsidiary company of HHV Co which is a 45 year old company. The company manufactures solar PV modules at its facility in Bangalore. This facility has the capability to produce Crystalline Silicon PV Modules, in compliance with IEC and UL standards for photovoltaic design and safety. The company has 1 MW of Solar plants in Coimbatore and Sivagangai. On August 1, 2014 Swelect Energy acquired the 51% stake in HHV technologies and thereby completing its acquisition (100%).
