Babyoye.com is an online retail portal for baby-care products, clothing & accessories, toys, baby books & music etc. They enable Indian parents to access products related to pregnancy infant-care and mother-care products and services. They are also in process of tying up with pregnancy service providers and help to reach the right service in the area like hypnoBirthing, ante natal classes, pregnancy yoga and nutritionists. It has acquired Hoopos, a rival baby products e-tailer. Had revenues of INR 29.8 crore with losses worth 15.1 crore in FY 2013-2014 compared to revenue worth INR 18 crore and net loss of INR 10.5 crore in the previous FY. Mom & Me's site reported to be under process of integration with Babyoye as of March 2015. Acquired by FirstCry in Oct 2016 for $54.2M.
